Contracts successfully obtained and implemented have included:-

  1. Provision of several 40' curtain sided, 24/7 contract hire vehicles for a leading UK manufacturer of aluminium profiles and shapes, providing total UK distribution.
  2. Collection of 1,000 x 40' containers per annum ex Felixstowe, transport to a regional warehouse, decanting of containers, palletising, storing up to 2,000 pallets and distributing nationally, on behalf of a leading textile importer of “own brand” towelling products, for a leading UK retailer.
  3. For a leading international $3.8 billion turnover US Company, the provision of additional warehousing facilities to provide receipt, handling, storage, pick and pack, including individual SKU items and distribution of electronic computer games to major high street retailers.
  4. Contractual space, storage and distribution for a Russian company, importing and selling hardwood timber profiles to the UK building and construction industry.
  5. For the largest UK catalogue and mail order company, on behalf of their German freight forwarder, the provision of ‘de-odorizing’ facilities at a Midlands warehousing location to handle, decant up to 25 x 40' containers daily, palletise, store 20,000 pallets and distribute flat pack furniture, for distribution to their national Redistribution Centres.
  6. On behalf of a national leading clothes retailer, the storage of Christmas overflow stock cages prior to being distributed to over 350 UK store locations. Original contract was for 5,000 cages, which eventually exceeded 15,000 cages.
  7. For a leading European importer, a fortnightly cross docking operation covering the receipt of patio heaters, air conditioning units and seasonal products on behalf of a leading supermarket chain, based in the UK and Southern Ireland. 20 x 40' containers are received over two days, reloaded onto own vehicles, with timed deliveries to each RDC; the contract stipulates that each consignment must be completed “end to end”, within 5 days of receipt.
  8. Provision of inbound receipt, handling, storage, pick and pack, plus UK distribution of a nutritional health tonic from the USA, to the UK consumer domestic market.
